Step to reproduce:
Click on the URL: lmsdemo.testpress.in/members/add/
Enter the username: admin
Choose status as Staff
In LMS, Need to remove create document and view document from the permissions

Why Needed?
Customer gets confused as they think this is for uploading the PDF or file inside the course and they enable this option
Which leads to logout because of below reason
Click on the URL: lmsdemo.testpress.in/settings/apps/
Enter the username: admin
Below Documents will work only on OES
