Android Feature Requests

As of now in our current system - When staff evaluates the exam, the evaluated score will be sent to user as email and in that email there will be option to check the score as shown in image.
When the user tries to click the url in mobile it takes to the web login instead of going to app.

Why Needed:
As most of users are government employees and aged above 40, it is difficult to input the login credentials again in web and in-order to make it easier for all users to review results - client is requesting on the same.
